The E3640 falls within SemiDrive's flagship-performance MCU product lineup, which targets at application fields such as gateways, domain controllers, and zone controllers.
This series of MCUs is configured with 6 independent ARM Cortex R5F cores, with a frequency of 600MHz, and can be configured into (3+3) or (5+1) lock-step mode.
The E3640 series provides 4M RAM, and is equipped with ECC protection and abundant I/O resources.
This product meets the information security requirements of Full EVITA level and supports information security firmware that complies with the ISO 21434 standard.
SemiDrive provides functional safety software libraries, FMEDA, and various functional safety documents to help achieve functional safety applications at the highest ASIL-D level.
The E3640 series has obtained Grade 1 certification of AEC-Q100, with a junction temperature (Tj) range of -40℃ to 150℃.
