EAutomotive Microcontroller Unit (MCU) - E32 Series
The E32 series belongs to SemiDrive's high-security and reliable MCU product lineup, which targets at application fields such as LiDAR, BMS, electric drive, VCU, and CDC suspension of chassis etc.
This series of MCUs is configured with a pair of lock-step ARM Cortex R5F cores, with a maximum frequency of 400MHz; in addition, there is an independent information security core with a maximumfrequency of up to 200MHz.
The E32 series provides 640KB-4M RAM, and is equipped with abundant I/O resources.
This product meets the information security requirements of Full EVITA level and supports information security firmware that complies with the ISO 21434 standard.
SemiDrive provides functional safety software libraries, FMEDA, and various functional safety documents to help achieve functional safety applications at the highest ASIL-D level.
The E32 series has obtained Grade 1 certification of AEC-Q100, with a junction temperature (Tj) range of -40℃ to 150℃.
