Automotive Microcontroller Unit (MCU) - E34 Series
The E34 series belongs to SemiDrive's high-security and high-reliability MCU product lineup, which offers stronger performance and targets at application fields such as advanced driver assistance systems, BMS, and liDAR.
This series of MCUs is configured with 4 independent ARM Cortex R5F cores, with afrequency of 600MHz, and can be configured into (2+2) or (3+1) lock-step mode;
In addition, there is an independent information security core with a maximum frequency of up to 200MHz.
The E34 series provides 2M-3M RAM, and is equipped with ECC protection and abundant I/O resources.
This product meets the information security requirements of Full EVITA level and supports information security firmware that complies with the ISO 21434 standard.
SemiDrive provides functional safety software libraries, FMEDA, and various functional safety documents to help achieve functional safety applications at the highest ASIL-D level.
The E34 series has obtained Grade 1 certification of AEC-Q100, with a junction temperature (Tj) range of -40℃ to 150℃.
